Schneider in Green Bay seeks an Entry Level Recruiter to connect with truck driver prospects via phone, text, and online messages. You’ll conduct interviews scheduled by Recruiting Specialists and extend conditional job offers.

The role requires an Associate degree and 1–2 years of recruiting experience, with strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will meet hiring goals and support candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from truck driver candidates and sell Schneider's driving opportunities.
• Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving jobs Schneider has available.
• Conduct interviews with candidates who were qualified by Recruiting Specialists and make the final hiring decision on behalf of Schneider.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
