Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Truck Driver/Operations Support to deliver fertilizer and chemicals, operate heavy equipment, and maintain equipment. The role emphasizes safe, compliant transport and top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow DOT and HazMat guidelines, while staying on schedule and ensuring products reach customers efficiently. A Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement is preferred, with training available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• CDL required with HazMat endorsement preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• 1+ years of related experience in agriculture or equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayers, semi-trucks, trailers).

Responsibilities

• Delivering fertilizer and chemicals to farms.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment.
• Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Support employee, you'll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What You Bring
