NFI offers driver positions with local and regional routes featuring dedicated grocery, refrigerated, and Budweiser fleets. Typical pay ranges from $850 to $1,000 weekly for shuttle, $1,200 to $1,700 local, and $1,700 to $1,800 regional, with benefits starting day one.

Responsibilities

• Drive local and regional routes with NFI’s dedicated grocery, refrigerated, and Budweiser fleets.
• Operate refrigerated and dry van trailers; use drop-and-hook on Budweiser routes and unload groceries with electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safe operation and comply with all federal/state laws, regulations and customer requirements.
• Provide dependable home time: daily for local routes and up to 12 days out with a 34-hour reset for regional Budweiser routes.

NFI Driver Expectations And Requirements

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.


• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards and guidelines.


• Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.


• Ability to report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during and after route.


• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.


• Ability to perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
