Job summary

Ross Education Holdings seeks a CDL A Truck Instructor for a full‑time, year‑round in‑person role in Monroe, MI. Use your truck driving knowledge to teach new drivers so they can hit the road.

New programs start every few weeks and there are no lesson plans to write—the program is already in place. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of truck experience, a valid CDL A, and the ability to obtain a Michigan Driving Instructor License.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of recent truck‑driving experience.
• Valid CDLA; current CDLDOT Medical Wallet Card.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Driving Instructor License.

Responsibilities

• Instruct new drivers in a classroom and on the road using the existing program.
• Follow the approved curriculum; no lesson plans needed.
• Conduct lessons indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

CDL A Truck Instructor – M‑F – 8:00–4:30.

TriArea Trucking School – A division of Ross EducationLLC.

Monroe, MI – In person.

Qualifications

• 2years or more of recent truck‑driving experience
• Valid CDLA – no restrictions
• Current CDLDOT Medical Wallet Card
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Driving Instructor License
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather, with extended periods of standing and sitting
• Must be able to get in and out of a semi‑tractor/trailers and perform all driving related duties
• Must have patience, flexibility and a willingness to learn
