Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a full-time Truck Driver in Michigan to join our logistics team. You will operate tractors with trailers, deliver products safely across the country, and maintain required documentation. Our environment emphasizes safety and reliable, efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL with favorable driving record.
• Ability to meet and maintain local, state, and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Must be physically qualified under US DOT regulations (part 391).

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor with trailer inter/intra-state to pick up and/or deliver merchandise safely.
• Ensure possession of all appropriate documentation, including registration and vehicle inspection reports.
• Couple, uncouple, connect airlines, etc. and safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
• Prioritize safety above all else, following all regulations and protocols for a secure journey.
• May be required to assist with loading or unloading vendor merchandise.

What you’ll do

• Prioritize safety above all else, following all regulations and protocols to ensure a secure journey for yourself and others on the road.
• May be required to, or assist with, loading or unloading vendor merchandise.

What you’ll need

• Must be 21 years of age minimum.
• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver License) with favorable driving record.
• Ability to meet and maintain local, state, and federal, DOT, and FMCSA regulations as required.
• Must be physically qualified under US DOT regulations (part 391).
