Job summary

Dart Container in Leola, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production team with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will drive KPIs to meet production goals and ensure consistent output.

You will schedule priorities, mentor operators, track performance data, and ensure adherence to quality standards. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to train employees on technology, processes and procedures.

What you’ll do…
