Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Truck Driver to join our logistics team, delivering products safely and efficiently to customers across the country. You will be an essential part of our operations, with responsibilities including operating a tractor with trailer, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL with favorable driving record.
• Ability to meet and maintain local, state, and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Physically qualified under US DOT regulations (part 391).

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor with trailer inter/intrastate to pick up and/or deliver merchandise safely.
• Ensure possession of all appropriate documentation, including registration and vehicle inspection reports.
• Couple, uncouple, connect airlines, and safely maneuver equipment in challenging spaces.
• Prioritize safety above all else and follow regulations and protocols for a secure journey.

What you’ll do…

Operate a tractor with trailer inter/intrastate to pick up and/or deliver merchandise safely

Ensure possession of all appropriate documentation, including registration and vehicle inspection reports

Couple, uncouple, connect airlines, etc. and safely maneuver equipment in difficult situations such as narrow passageways and within urban areas

Prioritize safety above all else, following all regulations and protocols to ensure a secure journey for yourself and others on the road.

May be required to, or assist with, loading or unloading vendor merchandise.

What you’ll need...

Must be 21 years of age minimum

Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver License) with favorable driving record

Ability to meet and maintain local, state, and federal, DOT, and FMCSA regulations as required
