Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Truck Based Controls Service Technician to service and repair building control systems in Pasadena, TX. You will design, configure, and validate complex control solutions, creating diagrams, sequences, bill of materials, and software for commissioning.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and the service team, and assist in owner training to ensure proper operation and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of control theory and building automation.
• Experience integrating low voltage subsystems using industry protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and service complex building control systems.
• Develop software and commissioning plans for systems.
• Produce submittals, drawings, and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, service teams, and subcontractors.
• Provide owner/operator training and assist in site meetings.
