Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned professional to design, configure, and service comprehensive HVAC building control systems and related low-voltage subsystems, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will develop software programs, create submittal drawings, and coordinate material orders to meet customer goals.

Responsibilities include commissioning, validating complete system functionality, training owners/operators, and supporting sales/service teams while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or minimum eight years of experience.
• Knowledge of construction/service/HVAC industries.
• Knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.
• Experience integrating low voltage building subsystems using LON, BACnet, etc.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures and services technically complex building control systems.
• Develops and tests software programs for system operation.
• Creates drawings and equipment schedules for submittals, services or installation.
• Coordinates delivery of materials and submittals.
• Assists in loading, commissioning and validation of systems with subcontractors.
