Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and applications.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical/electro-mechanical fields.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment.
• Solid PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls tools and equipment.
• Provide front-line technical and repair support to customers.
• Recommend system repairs, updates, and improvements; assist proposal development.
• Load field and network level controller software.
• Perform commissioning and diagnostics for controllers and end devices (sensors/actuators).
• Complete commissioning documentation, as-built updates, and on-site records.
• Communicate job progress and status with customers, contractors, and management.
• Deliver service to solve building inefficiencies and service-related issues.
• Follow safety standards and attend required training.
