Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking HVAC Technicians to support the North America HVAC business. You will service residential and ducted systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs or roof-top units, with STA certification and opportunities for advancement.

A company vehicle, tools, and uniforms are provided, with a strong emphasis on safety. Requirements include at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA refrigerants license, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of hands-on experience with residential/ducted HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs or rooftop units.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and chiller components.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work collaboratively with local teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service and troubleshooting to resolve facility inefficiencies.
• Prepare quotes for recommended solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Participate in a training program (STA) to gain knowledge of HVAC products and sales processes.
