Qualifications

• Seven years of distribution construction and/or distribution experience.
• Extensive Storm Restoration Experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT requirements and distribution standards.
• Experience applying safety, quality and ethics policies in field work.
• Ability to learn applications such as ARMS, ARCOS TCMS Web and Dist View.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in a Safety Excellence environment with focus on risk plans and STEP observations.
• Strengthen an inclusive culture and advance diversity initiatives.
• Optimize coverage, manage capital splits, budgets, and training.
• Guide decisions on repair versus replace, contractor use, fatigue management.
• Develop resources and streamline scheduling to improve customer experience.
