Job summary

Georgia Power seeks a Metro Trouble Supervisor to lead a Safety Excellence culture and optimize coverage and schedules across metro areas. You will guide budget planning, training and performance management while collaborating with engineers and regional supervisors to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Seven years in distribution construction with storm restoration experience is preferred; familiarity with OSHA, DOT and NESC standards is required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of distribution construction experience; storm restoration experience.
• Knowledge of NESC, DOT, OSHA and related regulations.
• Experience with performance management and accountability.
• Experience learning multiple business applications (ARMS, ARCOS, Dist View, JETS, MOBI, Office).
• Proven leadership and talent development in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• The TS leads the team, ensuring safety and reliability in operations.
• Improve customer satisfaction while meeting safety goals and productivity.
• Plan resources, manage budgets and coordinate scheduling across metros.
• Coach teams and develop talent; drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to grow Metro distribution teams.
