Job summary

Aegis Healthcare is expanding its Triton Medical Supply team by hiring a DME Technician in Tempe, AZ. This full-time, on-site role offers a daytime schedule (M-F, 8am-5pm) with competitive $17-19/hr DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing warehouses and delivery vehicles, routing and delivering DME equipment, educating patients on usage, and handling on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Service oriented mindset and compassionate attitude.
• 24/7 operation with rotating on-call schedule.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• AZ fingerprint clearance card (we can help).
• Current CPR certification (we can help) and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock levels are appropriate and warehouse and delivery vehicles are organized and clean.
• Determine or obtain best daily route, assemble and deliver equipment; educate patient on how to use equipment.
• Work with patients/clients to solve problems.
• Complete delivery and pickup promptly and accurately.
• Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair of equipment.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
• Take on-call time on rotating basis during weeknights and weekends.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience with clients.
• Accept other duties and activities as assigned.

Job Summary
