Job summary

Accede Solutions Inc. seeks a customer service dispatcher to professionally answer calls and input trip requests via Trapeze Software. You will determine scheduling by pickup or appointment times and respond accurately to caller questions using available information.

The role involves handling scheduling logic, providing prompt answers on schedules and trips, and performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Clear speech and pleasant phone demeanor.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Trapeze Software and Genesys phone system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer customer calls and input all customer trip requests using Trapeze Software.
• Produce efficient schedules by determining if trip is to be scheduled by pick up time or by arrival/appointment time.
• Provide accurate responses to callers’ questions about schedules, trips and other questions using information available.
• Other duties as assigned.
