Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College - Richmond is seeking a full-time Project Director for TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS) to lead daily coordination of the TRIO SSS grant project. The Director will guide staff in developing services, activities, and resources outlined in the grant proposal and will manage fiscal operations, staff supervision, and reporting of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field.
• At least three years of direct experience in collegiate student services or in the delivery of social services to disadvantaged populations.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program budget and authorize federal expenditures.
• Develop and evaluate the program in accordance with USDOE rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all items from the approved/awarded proposal are implemented.
• Design and implement TRIO Program policies and procedures.
• Complete and submit the Annual Performance Report (APR) with support from Sponsored Programs Office.
• Ensure project goals are met and documented throughout the period.
• Maintain documentation for audits and timely audits requests.
