Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College – Richmond is seeking a full-time Project Director for TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS) to lead the daily coordination of the TRIO SSS grant project. The Director will guide project staff, manage grant funds, supervise personnel, and report outcomes in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

The role focuses on at-risk student populations, with responsibilities spanning program oversight, recruitment, and evaluation to ensure alignment with USDOE

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, education, administrative guidance and counseling, developmental education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of direct experience in collegiate student services or in the delivery of social services to disadvantaged populations.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the TRIO grant implementation, budget administration, and compliance with USDOE rules.
• Supervises SSS staff and student workers.
• Ensures documentation and reporting requirements are met, including APR and audits.
