Job summary

Montana State University North is seeking a Project Director for Student Support Services to oversee a federal TRIO grant program. This full-time position will involve managing project components aimed at supporting the academic success of first-generation, low-income, and disabled students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with educational regulations, managing budgets, and promoting services to prospective students and campus faculty. A Master’s Degree and experience in educational management are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing a TRIO program or similar program for disadvantaged students.
• Experience supervising staff and/or student workers.

Responsibilities

• Designs, coordinates, and supervises all project components.
• Ensures compliance with Higher Education Opportunity Act and relevant regulations.
• Administers budget and approves expenditures.
