Job summary

Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) is seeking a part-time TRIO Program Assistant at the Walla Walla campus to provide administrative support for a federal grant-funded program serving first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities.

The role reports to the Director of TRIO Student Support Services and requires managing student records, budgets, and outreach activities, with duties including recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating events. 20.49–26.63 USD hourly, continuous closing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR high school diploma OR equivalent with two years of clerical experience.
• Two years professional experience using a computer with word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Process new student applications for TRIO and determine eligibility.
• Manage student database and attendance; submit monthly budget forms.
• Coordinate with Marketing for program materials and organize TRIO events.
• Supervise student workers and assist with scheduling and reception.
