Responsibilities

• Performs monthly close, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Works collaboratively with clients to understand current practices and identify improvements.
• Coordinates with clients during the audit process and assists with audit readiness.
• Supports growth of the practice and team integration.
• Occasionally travels to client locations, firm trainings or industry conferences.
