Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, is seeking a Manager to provide accounting and grants management services to Tribal governments. The role includes financial reporting, policies development, and collaboration with clients to improve processes.

Responsibilities cover monthly close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and cross‑functional teamwork. Travel a modest 10–15% is expected, with a focus on delivering high‑quality client service.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, not-for-profit/governmental experience preferred.
• Experience in grants management, financial accounting, and governmental accounting standards is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with client service focus.
• Willingness to travel about 10–15% as needed.
