• Assist with recruitment and internship program development.
• Review applications with Staff Recruiter to guide applicants.
• Develop training and professional development plans for CTUIR staff.
• Coordinate internship placements and monitor training plans.
• Oversee scholarship applications and awards.
• Track training information and maintain records for employees.
