Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business/admin or accounting with 1 year in finance office.
• Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reports, and data handling.
• Notary eligibility within Nebraska preferable.
• Six months of experience in child support, court and office terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records to track child support payments and disbursements.
• Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly and annual statistics for federal reporting.
• Monitor and maintain PTN CSE budget and cuff account and submit reports.
• Prepare and submit requests for payment of expenses for PTN CSE operations.
• Assist with quality assurance reviews and corrective actions related to PTN CSE finances.
• Travel as required and liaise with tribal, state, and federal offices.
