Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active NY State Bar in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years in Personal Injury/auto liability/MVA.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with experts for reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
