Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing team in Buffalo, NY. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and auto accident cases in litigation, focusing on trial prep and trial while not generally handling pre-suit matters.

Formación

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in NY.
• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability / MVA experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
