Morgan & Morgan seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Houston office. You will handle motor vehicle liability and related cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs across Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar membership in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interacting with expert witnesses including conferences and reports.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
