Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Houston, Texas. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and auto accident cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs in Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school (or equivalent).
• Active TX State Bar license in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury/auto liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
