Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Baltimore seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a fast-growing practice handling motor vehicle liability cases with trial experience opportunities. You will work with a large case staff and senior partners across Virginia, DC and Maryland.

Qualifications

• Law degree from ABA-accredited school and active bar in DC, MD or VA.
• Prefer Virginia bar; 2+ years PI litigation experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume cases and take them to trial.
• Excellent client service and communication; strong writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in Northern Virginia, DC and/or Maryland.
• Draft and file litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, motions).
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare reports.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances for plaintiffs.
