Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its expanding Charlotte area practice. You will manage a heavy caseload from pre-litigation through trial, including motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, with support from a large staff.

We offer base salary plus guaranteed and uncapped commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dedicated team to assist you, including a paralegal and a legal assistant, as part of our growth strategy.

Competenze

J.D./Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active North Carolina Bar admission in good standing.
Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience.
Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.

Mansioni

Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
Interaction with expert witnesses, including conferences and reports.
Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
