Morgan & Morgan in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its growing practice. You will handle a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and related accidents.

Qualifications

• J.D. or Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active NC State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service, communication, writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, and related memoranda).
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses (conferences, reports, affidavits).
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
