Ladders, a leading entity in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, is seeking a Trial Delivery Leadership to oversee planning and delivery of complex programs in a regulated cross-functional setting. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages timelines, budgets, and resources, and drives risk tracking and process improvements to strengthen delivery outcomes.

Remote-friendly role in the United States; travel approx. 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Trial Delivery Leadership to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role leads the planning and delivery of complex programs that support business objectives within a highly regulated, cross-functional environment. The position will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and help ensure programs are executed efficiently from planning through completion. It also plays a key role in tracking risk, resolving issues, and driving process improvements that strengthen delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
