Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Global Program Manager in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space to drive large-scale, cross-functional program execution across drug development and commercialization initiatives.

You will align functional leaders, build integrated plans, manage risks, and sustain timely delivery in a matrixed organization with external collaborators. Remote US-based role is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years relevant experience or advanced degrees as listed.
• Experience in drug development and commercialization functions.
• Strong program and project management skills in healthcare.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Global Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will drive large-scale, cross-functional program execution across drug development and commercialization initiatives. The Senior Global Program Manager will align functional leaders, build integrated plans, and help ensure accountability across a complex matrixed organization. The position also partners with external collaborators, manages key risks, and supports timely delivery of strategic program goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,831 – $191,889 annually

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Deep experience in drug development and commercialization functions
• Strong program and project management skills in a healthcare environment
• Emotional intelligence for influencing without authority in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies in the biopharmaceutical industry
