Job summary

Ladders, a leading entity in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, is seeking a Trial Delivery Leadership to oversee planning and delivery of complex programs in a regulated cross-functional setting. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages timelines, budgets, and resources, and drives risk tracking and process improvements to strengthen delivery outcomes.

Remote-friendly role in the United States; travel approx. 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
