Ladders is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical trial execution across therapeutic areas from planning through delivery. This remote US-based role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, reporting, and risk management while mentoring teammates and advancing best practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $165,000–$175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in PM, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research
• Proven ability to lead complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity preferred; Dermatology a plus

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will lead global clinical project execution across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on keeping complex trials on track from planning through delivery. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, reporting, and risk management. The position also calls for mentoring team members and advancing best practices that improve operational performance in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually
