Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services to lead remote clinical trial visits and coordinate study-specific plans on global programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring regulatory alignment and acting as the main point of contact for clients and teams. Candidates should have strong communication and at least 5 years in clinical trials management.

Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead the planning and execution of remote clinical trial visits across global study programs. You will coordinate study-specific implementation, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure activities align with local regulatory requirements. The position also involves serving as a primary point of contact for project and client questions while supporting team development and process improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
