Position Overview:

As Of Counsel – Trial Attorney, you will represent clients during the trial phase of civil, business, or family law litigation. You will take over after the determination that alternative dispute resolution is not viable. Your focus will be preparing for trial, handling pre-trial motions, conducting trial proceedings, and securing results for our clients.

• No discovery or pretrial burdens.
• Robust case file and litigation support provided.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct witness preparation, pre-trial conferences, and pre-trial motions.
• Develop and implement trial strategy.
• Represent clients at bench or jury trials.
• Communicate regularly with the firm on trial status.
• Submit post-trial summary reports.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Strong trial advocacy skills (jury and/or bench trial experience).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with firm leadership.
• Excellent client communication and courtroom demeanor.
• Commitment to ethical, diligent, and results-oriented representation.

Pay: $210.00 - $240.00 per hour
