Litigation Attorney - High Net Worth Disputes

Wolf Global is seeking an experienced litigator capable of handling the high net worth disputes practice of Wolf, P.A., and the private client practice of Wolf Global.

Depending on the candidate, attorneys may be considered for contract associate, of counsel, or permanent placement roles. More experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions. All candidates will have opportunities for growth, and the ideal candidate may be considered for a practice leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-priority, high-exposure matters for Wolf Global and Wolf, P.A.
• Assist high and ultra-high net worth private clients in navigating sensitive, discreet, and complex issues.
• Litigate and try cases to verdict, including trusts and estates litigation, probate matters, and other high-stakes cases.

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation experience, exceptional writing skills, and comfort handling cross-border, cross-cultural matters are required.
• Judicial clerkships and experience in top-tier global firms are beneficial.
• This is the first time Wolf Global / Wolf, P.A. has opened positions for remote professionals. Candidates in Miami, Washington DC, New York, Dallas, and Houston are especially encouraged to apply, but all qualified candidates are welcome.
