Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Three years of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Professional assessment of callers' needs using established criteria and protocols with accurate documentation.
• Provide medical information using established software and nursing knowledge.
• Identify gaps in care and opportunities for intervention.
• Facilitate referrals by scheduling clinic appointments, e-visits or telehealth visits.
• Support patient choice of physician and facility to improve access and reduce costs.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive health behaviors.
• Determine appropriate disposition via telephone and document conversations.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and support a collaborative team environment.
