Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. in Belchertown, MA is seeking a full-time 40-hour Triage RN to support our ambulatory care practice.

The role is primarily phone triage with some nurse visits, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with potential hybrid work after training. Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, care planning, medication education, IV therapy, and maintaining accurate records, all while upholding safety and infection control

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license in good standing; BLS certification.
• 1–2 years ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support with high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
