Job Summary Our office Located at 40 Turkey Hill Rd, Belchertown, MA 01007 provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being. We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Triage RN to support our practice Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. After successful completion of training, there is a possibility for this role to become Hybrid, based on performance! This role is predominantly phone triage with a mix of nurse visits.

Summary Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes

Essential Functions

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications Education Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred

Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
