36 hours d/n rotation, weekends and holidays Bigelow 14 is a dynamic 27-bed acute medical unit dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. As a Staff Nurse on Bigelow 14, you'll practice in a collaborative, patient and family-centered environment where primary nursing drives individualized care and meaningful patient relationships. Working alongside a highly skilled interdisciplinary team, including a unit-based Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Director, and experienced healthcare professionals, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your clinical expertise while making a direct impact on patient outcomes. Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Ideal candidate will have: BSN strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of RN experience, at least two years of recent acute care experience is preferred.
