Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.

• 1 year triage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by phone, prioritizing needs and routing urgent cases to a physician.
• Respond to patient inquiries and schedule appointments with physicians during office hours.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of interactions and care plans.
• Consult with providers as needed and educate patients per provider guidance.
• Serve as a clinical resource and model for staff and ensure timely task completion.
