Health, Inc is seeking an RN Phone Triage Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based telephone care for patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

You will assess symptoms, determine urgency, guide patients to appropriate care settings, educate patients, document encounters in the EHR, and collaborate with providers to support quality and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and judgment for remote triage.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and reassure patients by phone.
