Arkansas Central Primary Care PLLC is seeking a Phone Scheduler/Triage Nurse to join our clinical team. The role involves handling patient calls, providing nursing triage and health advice under physician direction, and coordinating appointments.

You will schedule appointments, follow-ups, and annual exams, process refill requests, and support physicians and staff to deliver quality care. A nursing or medical assistant license and knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA regulations are required.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid nursing or medical assistant license.
• Familiar with basic medical office procedures.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing triage and health advice over the phone under physician direction.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, annual exams, and other clinic visits.
• Call patients discharged from the ED or hospital to schedule required appointments.
• Process refill requests from patients or pharmacies via phone or electronic format.
• Support physicians and staff to deliver quality healthcare and ensure clinic operations.
