Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
• High level of telephone skills with good communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls to appropriate processes.
• Act as liaison between providers and patients.
• Advocate for patients and protect patient rights and well-being.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, practice, and staff information.
• Document all phone conversations clearly in patient records and notify providers as needed.
• Communicate relevant information to providers and staff to ensure continuity of care.
