Align ENT + Allergy seeks a Triage Nurse / Clinic Coordinator to support daily clinical operations in East Lansing, MI. You will triage patient calls, manage prescriptions, coordinate referrals, and assist with scheduling while upholding HIPAA and clinical protocols.

The role combines nursing triage with care coordination and operational duties to ensure efficient patient flow and communication among patients, providers, and staff.

Formación

• Active Michigan LPN or RN license.
• Outpatient or physician practice experience preferred.
• ENT or specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills.
• Experience with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Ability to prioritize patient needs and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Experience with clinical staff coordination or supply management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming clinical calls and respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Monitor and respond to patient portal messages and EMR tasks.
• Assess patient symptoms and provide appropriate nursing guidance within established protocols.
• Coordinate prescription refills, pharmacy requests, and medication-related questions.
• Coordinate referrals, testing coordination, and follow-up care.
• Monitor inventory and order medical supplies for daily clinic operations.
• Assist with clinical staff scheduling and coverage as assigned.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and promote professional communication.
