Position Summary
The Clinical Triage Medical Assistant is responsible for assessing and prioritizing patient needs to ensure timely and appropriate medical intervention. The specialist utilizes clinical knowledge and decision-making skills to triage calls, provide initial guidance, and facilitate referrals or follow-up actions. The role involves evaluating symptoms, coordinating care, managing inquiries, and facilitating referrals, ensuring efficient patient flow and appropriate care based on urgency.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Adherence to strict safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is essential. The specialist may also encounter moderate noise levels and varying temperatures. The role requires resilience to high-stress situations, especially when managing patient emergencies or urgent care needs.
