Municipal Pipe Tool, a Vortex Company, is seeking an Assistant Trenchless Construction Project Manager to support infrastructure projects across Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role blends office and field work, ensuring schedules, documentation, and budgets stay on track.

You will assist with pre-bid activities, bid submissions, contract administration, and project tracking while coordinating with field crews and clients to resolve issues promptly.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with pre-bid activities, including document review, scope coordination, and bid preparation.
• Set up and maintain project files, ensuring documentation is organized and accessible.
• Support project planning by developing schedules and tracking milestones.
• Monitor budgets and cost tracking, flag variances as they arise.
• Review invoices, change orders, and cost estimates for alignment with scope.
• Track submittals, RFIs, permits, and other project documentation.
• Communicate project updates to Project Managers regularly.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for field teams.
