Michels Trenchless, Inc. in Renton, WA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles on designated projects.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure goals are met within time frames and funding, while communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders and working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating field operations, materials procurement and submittals preparation
• Exposure to multiple project delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, CMGC and other is desired
• Exposure to Trenchless Technology is desired
• PMP is desired
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, MS Office Suite and MS Projects is desired
• Travel up to 30% is required for this position

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of a designated project to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Demonstrate understanding of how the business runs and how changing circumstances are handled.
