Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager in the Richmond, VA area to oversee daily operations, drive safety, service quality, and profitability. The role offers a salary of $110,000–$135,000 plus a company vehicle and bonus opportunities based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of management, and 3+ years of Profit & Loss experience, with a focus on safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years’ management experience in relevant industries.
• 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a one-year business plan aligning with corporate strategy and manager’s plan.
• Enhances area strategic positioning.
• Grows Badger’s business through operations, market brand, and customer service for long-term profitability and success.
• Enhances health and safety and embeds safety as a daily priority with direct reports accountability.
• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service.
